I know one size does not fit all and my main goal is to ensure you enjoy working out. The ethos behind Empowered with Kitty centered around sustainability. My aim is to help you build exercise into your life in a simple yet effective way.
As your trainer I want you to feel empowered. We will work together to create the best environment for you to be able to reach your full potential.
Whilst I do not believe everyone has to have a reason, if you are driven by a particular goal, I'm here to make it more achievable. Together, we will map out how we arrive at your destination during our initial call.
Your sessions will be tailored around your life, your commitments and, if desired, your goals.
If you are just a lover of moving, great! Turn up, enjoy the session and see what your body can do for you.
