Workout from the comfort of your own home. As your mobile trainer, we'll work together at your chosen location* at a time that suits you! 


At home or in the garden this will be your time to prioritise yourself. 


Sessions are purchased upfront for an initial 5 weeks commitment. (Sessions can be bought in blocks larger than 5).


  • 30 minute free consultation
  • 1-1 sessions suited to your schedule
  • Performance cues
  • Ensuring movements are executed properly to prevent potential injury
  • Provide knowledge and build confidence



*Locations limited to within a 10 mile radius. 

**Sessions are also available in 45 minute time slots.
